Live demos at Munich exhibition highlight ease and accuracy of inline inspection
Visitors to this month’s ICE Europe exhibition will have the opportunity to see the Esko AVT 100% print inspection solution in full flow, when the innovative system takes center stage at the Esko booth.
From 15-17 March 2022, Esko will be at the world’s leading exhibition for the conversion of flexible web-based materials - held at the Munich Trade Fair Center, Germany - showcasing its Esko AVT Apollo Turbo HD system, fully loaded with process control features and workflow automation.
“We’re excited to be at ICE Europe this year and to be able to demonstrate the power and accuracy of our solutions to the many thousands of visitors expected to be attending,” said Guy Yogev, Esko Senior Director of Product Marketing. “We will be presenting our complete print inspection solution with the Apollo Turbo HD at the beating heart of our live demonstrations, to clearly illustrate the speed, consistency and accuracy that can be achieved with automated print inspection.
“The demos will highlight how the reliable and robust system delivers automatic 100% quality assurance,” said Guy. “The Apollo Turbo HD visually inspects a range of printed materials, automatically and efficiently detecting imperfections in real-time. It inspects transparent, flexible, or reflective substrates used in the packaging and labels industry and can easily be installed on any press to achieve online quality assurance and process control. It can also be integrated into a rewinder or other finishing equipment.”
Guy said that the Apollo Turbo HD system significantly decreases production time, automates manual processes, and provides valuable waste savings. “We will demonstrate all the abilities and features of the system at ICE Europe, including 100 per cent varnish inspection, inspection automation and waste removal workflows downstream,” he said. “What’s more, we’ll also show visitors how our innovative PrintFlow Manager collects relevant data from multiple systems, enabling managers and key personnel to easily monitor, analyze and control production quality.
“We’re looking forward to explaining to visitors how, backed by Esko AVT’s pioneering technologies, Apollo Turbo HD helps boost online process control and ensures unmatched quality assurance throughout the entire print process.”
Esko, the global provider of integrated software and hardware solutions for the packaging and labels market, will be sharing a booth with X-Rite Pantone at this year’s ICE Europe.
